Shilpa Shrungar is providing its consultants the right platform. The team comprises of architect,civil engineer,structural consultant ,our ground force and software support service. Our strengths lie in our effective labour force who are a very well trained, sincere and acquainted lot, for implementing cost effective methods where ever asked for.

K.N.Keshav Prasad:
An architect by profession (a passout of Malnad college of engineering Hassan) who has varied experience working with a number of reputed architects in Gulbarga and Bangalore.He enhanced his experience by working in Development alternatives.In Development Alternatives, he was involved in the design of several projects using cost effective technologies.He was also involved in designing a village in Latur, when it was affected by earthquake.He then worked with ‘The action research unit' an NGO in which he was involved in the preparation of project report on ‘Housing and action plan for Karnataka.”

After gaining sufficient experience he has designed a number of residences ,community centres,resorts,religious places,hospitals,etc. He has effectively used cost saving technologies in most of his projets.

Srinivas Reddy:
A diploma in civil engineering and a mining diploma holder has worked with many construction companies where he was involved in the execution of conventional projects.He joined Development Alternatives where in he was involved in on-ground implementation of various cost effective technologies.He has worked as a Project Leader in all D.A projects.He also has a very good ability to build a good labour force for the execution of his projects.

At present he is working as a contractor and handling number of projects designed by reputed Architects from Bangalore. He also takes up out-station project responsibilities. The projects include Residences, Office buildings and commercial complexes.

At Shilpa Shrungar he is providing consultancy for project management kind of projects. He is also taking up the responsibility of handling civil engineering aspects of the projects.

Lakshmi Keshav:
A civil engineer from Malnad college of engineering Hassan. After completion he has gained experience by working under reputed structural consultants in Bangalore. He has enhanced his knowledge by working as a structural consultant for several mass housing projects. In these projects along with structures he has handled all the civil engineering aspects.He was also involved in designing economical structural system for some of the cost effective projects.

He has worked as project consultant for many constructions and has designed structures and designed the civil works for them.He is presently a structural consultant for ShilpaShrungar and is also independently practicing as a structural engineer in Bangalore.
